DriveBloc provides information about cars and lets you send enquiries, book test drives, write reviews and submit a car for sale. By using the website you agree to these terms.
Prices and information
Prices shown are ex-showroom prices unless stated otherwise. On-road prices, EMI figures and car valuations are estimates worked out from general rules; they are not quotations or offers. Specifications, prices, offers and availability can change without notice and may differ by city and dealer. Please confirm the details with our team or the dealer before you make a decision.
Group deals
Joining a buying group is free and is an expression of interest, not an order or a commitment to buy. DriveBloc takes the group's combined demand to authorised dealers and shares the offer it receives. Accepting an offer tells us to connect you with the dealer; it is not a payment or a contract. You buy directly from the dealer, who issues the invoice, and the price, delivery, warranty and registration are between you and the dealer. We do not take money from buyers and do not guarantee that a group will reach its target, that an offer will be made, or any particular saving. The number of buyers shown as joined is a count of interest, not of confirmed sales. Dealers may pay us a referral fee when a group member buys.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what is done through your account. Give accurate details when you sign up or send an enquiry, so that we can reach you.
Cars you submit for sale
You confirm that you own the car or are authorised to sell it, and that the details and photos you provide are accurate. Our team reviews submissions and may decline or remove a listing. Any sale is an agreement between the buyer and the seller.
Reviews and other content
Reviews must be your own honest experience. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights. We may edit or remove content that breaks these rules.
Fair use
Do not misuse the website: for example by attempting to gain access you are not entitled to, sending automated or repeated requests, or submitting false enquiries.
Liability
We work to keep the information here accurate and the website available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, DriveBloc is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information on this website or from dealings between buyers, sellers and dealers.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and continuing to use the website means you accept it.
